End-user license agreement

This EULA is a contract between you and DIALED Audio for the plugin software and updates we provide under a paid or granted license key. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the plugin on computers you personally use for music production, subject to this EULA and your valid license key.

One license is for one user. You may install on more than one machine if they are machines you work on and the license remains under your control.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • share, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense your license key;
  • publish, distribute, or make the software available to others except as part of your own finished audio work;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where applicable law explicitly allows it;
  • use the software to build a competing product or extract our voicing, tuning, or measurement data;
  • remove proprietary notices from the software or documentation;
  • use the software in violation of law or third-party rights.

Activation

The plugin may require the license key shown in your account. Do not publish your key. If activation uses an online check, it is used only to validate your license, not to collect audio content from your sessions.

We may change activation mechanics in updates. Reasonable changes will not remove a license you already paid for while this EULA is in effect.

Updates

We may provide updates, fixes, or new builds at our discretion. Unless we say otherwise, updates are covered by the same license. We are not obligated to release updates or support older operating systems or host versions forever.

Ownership

DIALED Audio and its licensors own the software, branding, and all copies. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.

Support

Support is best-effort via team@dialedaudio.com and the support page. We do not guarantee response times.

Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the software will meet every studio setup.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIALED Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, sessions, or goodwill arising from use of the software. Our total liability for any claim related to a license is limited to the amount you paid for that license in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

Termination

This license ends if you breach it or if we terminate for fraud or abuse. On termination you must stop using the software and uninstall it. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability) survive termination.

Export

You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use or export the software where prohibited by law.
