Terms of service

DIALED Audio sells audio plugin licenses through dialedaudio.com. We are based in the United States. Write team@dialedaudio.com for support or billing questions.

You buy a non-exclusive license to use a plugin build we publish for your own music production. You do not buy source code, voicing tables, presets-as-data, trademarks, or the right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software.

Use of the installed plugin is governed by the EULA.

Sign-in is email and magic link only. You are responsible for access to your inbox. Keep your account email current. One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Notify me stores that you want a launch email. It does not charge you, reserve inventory, or create a license. Checkout may be closed while a product is listed as coming soon.

Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars unless noted otherwise. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method you provide.

After a successful purchase, your license key and download links appear in Account when the installer is published. Digital goods are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory withdrawal period for digital content. By completing purchase and requesting immediate access to the download and license key, you ask us to begin performance right away and acknowledge that you may lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Do not abuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or licensing, share purchased keys outside what the EULA allows, or use our software unlawfully. We may suspend or revoke licenses for fraud, chargeback abuse, or material breach.

We may update these terms, product pricing, or site features. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

The site and software are provided as is, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIALED Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a license you purchased is limited to the amount you paid us for that license in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in the United States, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
